Chicago and Baltimore has spawned these two young ladies who together birthed The Leader in Luscious Literature -- RaeKi Publishing.

The idea began during a trip to the bookstore. When searching for books focusing on love in the gay community, only a few surfaced. Disappointed, they discussed collaborating on a novel.

During the genesis of their first book, they searched for a publisher. Unable to find one willing to accept their material in the form that they wanted it presented, they decided that was not the move for them.  Somewhat disappointed, but not defeated, they considered self publishing.

Realizing that there may be other authors that felt as they did; wanting and needing to express their words in a non-traditional manner, Kesha and Raeshanne decided to start a publishing company that provided a vehicle for that type of creative energy. Hence, RaeKi Publishing.
